Linwood Bolles and Valérie Dulude, both of Premier Sotheby's International Realty, are co-listing the property. The asking price is $8.75 million.

Quail Hollow has hosted several PGA tournaments and plans to host a PGA tournament in 2025.

Public records show that the owners are former U.S. Rep. Robert Pittenger and his wife, Suzanne. Pittenger previously represented North Carolina's 9th Congressional District from 2013 to 2019.

Boles said, "I've been there when the owners had a great party there, I think there were about 300 or 400 people in attendance, and there was a lot of space." It's a great venue for parties of many, many people.

The 11,547-square-foot home sits on 1.1 acres and was completed in 2009.

"It is majestic and breathtaking. It took some time to build and the overall quality is very high," says Bolles. Each room is so comfortable that it feels like it wraps around you. It doesn't feel like you're in a cave.

"The living room is spacious and inviting. The living room has a hidden TV with lots of artwork on it and a fireplace on either side. It's very cosy," he says.

The master suite is on the main floor and the other bedrooms are on the first floor. Upstairs, there's a large room where the kids can have their own room with their own TV and game console.

There is a large pool outside the house and landscaped gardens in front of the house.

Boles says his favourite room is the round sunroom.

He says, "You can turn around and look at the pool and the golf course." It's a nice place to sit and read and be comfortable. I like that room very much.
