The former co-host of ABC's "The View" recently sold her Los Angeles farmhouse and is renting a home in Malibu, California, according to the New York Times.

Over the past few years she has been reducing her real estate assets, even letting go of her New Jersey property at a loss. She also said goodbye to her holiday home in Florida and five properties in New York.

The comedian's latest listing is a four-bedroom, nearly 3,600-square-foot unit with a private rooftop terrace located high above New York City.

The spacious great room features a wood-burning fireplace made of black granite and imported wide-plank oak floors, as well as a glass-enclosed dining room and a sauna, with luxurious touches throughout the open floor plan.

An adjoining wet bar has a luminous onyx stone surface and a professionally installed sound system.

The gourmet kitchen has Corian countertops, an eat-in island, and high-end appliances, including a 70-bottle wine fridge.

Designed for entertaining, the cooking space has two dishwashers, two ovens and two integrated sinks. There is also a pantry and bar area with a fridge, wine cooler and microwave.

The kitchen has panoramic views to the north and west.

A main suite offers views to the west and a marble bathroom with a walk-in steam shower, soaking tub and radiant flooring.

A Guggenheim-inspired 'spiral staircase' leads from the 33rd floor to the 32nd floor, where there are two further bedrooms. This floor even has its own separate guest entrance for added privacy.

O'Donnell has been the host of both "The View" and her own Emmy Award-winning talk show, "The Rosie O'Donnell Show". The comedian has had roles in the films "A League of Their Own" and "Sleepless in Seattle" and was recently featured in the TV series "American Gigolo".
