Abstract: The home, which Richie bought for $5.6 million in 2021, went for just under $5 million - $4.995 million, to be exact.

Nearly a year after purchasing the home, the 24-year-old artist put the property back on the market for $5.995 million. Earlier this year, he lowered the price to $5.75 million.

This summer, the price shrunk again to $5.199 million, which led to the recent sale.
