Abstract: There's some big news in Sin City for NHL winger Max Pacioretty.

His Las Vegas property sold for $11 million, making it the most expensive home ever sold in the luxury housing community The Ridges. What's more, the deal is also by far the highest sale price in the Greater Las Vegas area in 2023.

That large sum of money may come as a relief to Pachorette, who is in need of some encouragement right now. The left winger is currently a member of the Caroline Hurricanes, but has been sidelined since tearing his Achilles tendon in January.

Pacioretty played four seasons for the Vegas Golden Knights before being traded to Carolina in July 2022.

He no longer needs a place in Nevada, so selling his six-bedroom mansion makes perfect sense. Here's more on this record-breaking property.

With more than 10,000 square feet of living space on a half-acre lot, this single-story mansion is the epitome of luxury. A recent redesign added a Calacatta marble fireplace and a redesigned lower level.

The kitchen features a double island and an impressive walk-in pantry. The home also offers a wine cellar, personal fitness space, sauna and screening room. The yard is filled with lovely plantings and includes a 55-foot pool, fire pit, sports court and an outdoor kitchen.

The main bedroom suite has sliding glass doors that open to the yard and pool. The bathroom has a soaking tub and two showers (no waiting!) .

If you're interested in field hockey, you'll appreciate the built-in practice area for fine-tuning your slap shot and wrists. The house is even appropriately branded with the Golden Knights logo.
